Warranty & Exchange

 Powder Paws offers a one year limited warranty from date of purchase that covers manufactures defects. This warranty extends to the original purchaser with proof of purchase (so please keep receipt)
This warranty does not extend to rentals and does not cover torn decking, loss of parts (such as snow baskets), normal wear and tear or abuse such as using on bare ground or rocks. Powder Paws Snowshoes will be as fair as possible in determining if the item is covered and if its determined to be covered will ship replacement parts free of charge to the customer. Warranty does not cover loss of parts such as "baskets" on the poles.

Powder paws Snowshoes has a 30 day return or exchange policy on items that have not been used and are in original packaging. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. There is a $40 re-stocking fee for all Snowshoe orders being returned.

 For rental programs Powder Paws offer a 60 day manufactures warranty to the buyer. This warranty does not cover torn decking, loss of parts (such as snow baskets) and normal wear and tear or abuse such as using on bare ground or rocks.

 Powder Paw Snowshoes will not be held liable for the incidental or consequential loss or damage from the direct or indirect use of the product. The entire risk as to the performance of or arising from the use of the products purchased is borne solely by the customer
